LEAD Academic Network Committees' Meeting Sets Work Plan for 2024

The LEAD Academic Network has successfully convened the joint Committees' Meeting on January 19, 2024, under the facilitation of the executive director, Prof. dr. Chang Zhu. This joint committees' meeting served as a platform for the Network's committees' members to review the work of the past year and set a dynamic agenda for 2024.

The Committee's members exchanged views on the outlook of the LEAD Academic Network and reviewed the roles & functions of the Governing, Advisory, and Executive Committees of the Network. Committees' members shared their perspectives on how to further strengthen the collaborations of the Network members, and to enhance the synergies among the Network members. 

The executive committee presented the Network's 2024 work plan. The work plan covered the core pillars of the LEAD Academic Network, including research collaboration, academic leadership development, and networked learning. 

Prof. dr. Xuemei Yu, Vice President of Shanghai University, Chair of the Governing Committee of the LEAD Academic Network, concluded this join Committee's meeting. She positively commented on the productive joint Committee's meeting, and the well-defined objectives for the year ahead. All Committees' members shared positive views and are dedicated to build together the LEAD Academic Network.
